             Shrine of BoA Philippines is one of the oldest KPOP/JPOP fansclub in the Philippines. It was established last April 18, 2004 by Jenny Joy Del Rosario. She was only 14 years then and she is the founder of Shrine of BoA PH (SoBPH). Here is the link of the very first site of SoBPH Yahoo Groups

          She doesn’t have any friends who likes BoA that’s why she decided to establish a fansclub for her so that she could meet friends whom she can spazz with about BoA.... Kpop and Jpop are not yet a trend in the Philippines way way back 2004 and it’s seldom to find fans then..

                She even made the very 1st friendster account of SoBPH to connect with the fans easier. She met Xandra SiaCo and together, they establish the very first forum of SoBPH last 2006.

                Together with E.J Reyes, Allan Jorge Batican and Dominic Remegio, and other solid BoA fans, they participated in the very first Kpop and Culture Festival last August 2010 and Kpop Convention 2.

Who is Kamatari Sakamoto?

               Who is Kamatari Sakamoto? To those who tuned in to Tambayan 101.9 awhile ago might be curious, “whose kamatari?”  “why did yuki greeted  her?” Well, I’AM KAMATARI! hehehe, I acquired that name since I was 2^nd yr High School. I haven’t met Yuki Sakamoto then because we met each other when I was already 1^st year college at CEU Makati.

                I got that name in friendster. hehehe... Well, I’m an anime enthusiast, a cosplayer... I LOVE JAPANESE CULTURE and I was so addicted to friendster before... One day I saw a note at friendster “KNOW YOUR JAPANESE NAME” there’s a procedure there that I followed and then finally, the name KAMATARI SAKAMOTO was formed!

                When I first saw YUKI I got a crush on him already. ehehe and I got curious about his name, one of my friend ask his name at the cafeteria and I was so shocked when my friend said “YUKI SAKAMOTO pangalan niya!!” ... We have the same last name. Well, the only difference is that his last name was real and mine was just a codename?! ahahaha 

                I told Yuki before that my name is Kamatari Sakamoto, and he’s happy to know that we both have the same last name. It’s like were siblings or relatives. It was only after 4 months when he learned that my name wasn’t Kamatari, but Jenny..

I like him calling me KAMATARI cause for me it's special. and unique.. No one’s calling me Kamatari now. Only my cosplay friends call me KAMATARI since I’m popular in the cosplay world with that name.

1:43 will debut on April 27, 2011 at SM Bacoor

Time 4 Love Album Cover

                The most anticipated album launch of 1:43 will be on April 27, 2011 at SM Bacoor. So mark your calendars now Time 4 Love and Cherubs of Love. 

                1:43 debuted last October 2010 and released their 1^st ever single entitled “Merry Christmas Na”. The song became one of the most viewed videos in Youtube during the Christmas Season. After performing in different malls and school campuses many people got curious about the group and started Liking their official fan page.

                Last March 2011, the boys released another music video entitled “PINK (Pag Ibig na Kaya)" and Paulene So was their leading lady. They collaborated with Myrus in this song. Their voices really improved a lot and so as their individual performance in the music video.

                Ever since their hit single “Merry Christmas Na” music video was released, a lot of people are asking, “when are they gonna release their albums?” Their manager’s always answer was “soon, on 2011”. Finally, the long wait is over! They’re gonna release their album entitled “TIME FOR LOVE” under MCA Music (Universal Music Philippines). Unlike any other album released in the local market, Time 4 Love is a ‘SLUMBUM’. It’s an album and slum book in one! You’ll get to know fun trivias about the boys and at the same time you’ll see cute and exclusive photos of them. You can also find the lyrics of their songs at the slumbum. It’s the first ever album where in they give acknowledgment to their fans... Yes, those lucky T4Ls and Cherubs who submitted their name at their official fansclub will see their names in the album credits!

                 The good thing about this album is that it’s very affordable, I’m not sure but according to their manager, MCA will gonna sell it for like 275php per copies and during their album launch at SM Bacoor you’re gonna get a freebie of your choice from their sponsors when you buy the SLUMBUM.

                There’s more reason why you should buy this album but I’m not gonna tell it to you anymore!  hehe you should grab a copy soon and find it out!

               One of my favorite tracks in the album is “Time for Love.” I love the beat, very catchy! Myrus composed that song for them. Anyway guys, SEE YOU ON APRIL 27, 2010 at SM BACOOR at exactly 5:00pm.

                 I must say I really got hooked on this series. I don’t usually watch television because I rely more on the internet and I’m not really a fan of local series. But when I accidentally saw the trailer of Mula sa Puso I was starring at Gabriel (JM De Guzman) and I was like “ who’s that guy?!!” cause seriously he caught my attention. During the first airing of this series, my internet connection is not functioning well and I cannot update myself about JM De Guzman. I’m dying to join his fansclub and like his official fanpage on facebook because I want to be a part of it so I’ll have the chance to meet him in person.

                I didn’t get the chance to watch the full series of Mula sa Puso last 1997 but I watched the Movie. The role of Gabriel is perfect for JM De Guzman. I believe that he can give a full justice to the character portrayed by Rico Yan before. <3

 I feel so happy and blessed last Christmas 2010 cause aside from being with 1:43 all the time and meeting great people and nice friends my dream of winning in a cosplay competition came true! I never expected it to happen because my costume was rushed and i passed my registration form 3 days before the deadline of the contest.

I cosplayed Hyorin of SISTAR cause I’m very inspired with their song and MV, Shady Girl. The English Translation  of the song really fits me! Before I cosplayed Shady Girl, I made this Shady Girl Fanmade Video..

Then many people are telling me to cosplay her on the upcoming KPOP CON 2. So I decided to bring shady girl into life. Yuki Sakamoto is my partner, hehe he agreed to be my partner thanks to Sir Chris Cahilig! Yuki is my lucky charm, if it wasn't for him i wouldn't have to guts to do this on stage..

Who is she (me) in the life of 1:43???

                Many of you are curious or asking “who is she in the life of 1:43?” haha so I’ll be answering you question now. Well, I’m just me, I’m just Jenii, a simple girl who loves kpop and cosplay. How did I become close to them? It all started last 2007 when Yuki Sakamoto and I met at CEU Makati and became schoolmates. I started admiring him even if he’s not yet popular. Who wouldn’t admire him? Aside from being such a gorgeous looking guy, he also plays the guitar and he has a very sexy singing voice. XD So basically Yuki is the very first member I met.

                I never stop adoring him even if I transferred to CEU Mendiola. My best friend in CEU Makati always gives me updates about him. He’s also my friend in facebook so yes; I’m also updated with his personal life and others...

             One time last October 2010, morning.... I was kinda sleepy but I feel like opening my facebook for  an updates, then I saw Yuki’s Displayed Image. It was kinda catchy cause he’s with 3 good looking guys like him. Then I got curious “is this his new group?” Cause I know Yuki has a band years ago.... But they don’t look like a rockstar..... “is this his co models? or what?!!!” Then I browsed at his wall and found Sir Chris Cahilig’s wall post of 1:43 Fan Page. I click the link, liked it and browse.... I was like “OMG!!!! This is it! Yuki is now a SUPERSTAR!!!!” starting then I became a fan. ahahaha

                I never thought that I’ll be seeing him again and I never thought that he’ll still remember me. I was very lucky enough to witness the recording of “Merry Christmas Na” last October 31, 2010. That’s the time I became close to them. Since then I’m always present to their mall shows, events and campus tours. I make sure that I’ll be free on those dates.

                To those who are asking why am I part of their cosplay Vampire Knight. Well, since the first day I met Anjo we already planned to do a cosplay since he knew that I’m a cosplayer and he wanted to cosplay because it’s his childhood dream. XD I’m just hurt by the negative comment of other people...why am I there, why me.. err WHY DON’T YOU JUST SHUT UP OR ASK 1:43?!. I didn’t force myself to cosplay with them, in fact Kim Nicolas told me to join their group after the Photoshoot of their Album Cover. I already had a plan for the Philippine Cosplay Convention, and then Kim told me to join them instead.....

               

It's Myrus' Day! 03.27.11

After waiting for such a long time, the Sentimental Prince of OPM is back with his 1st ever mall tour this year (03.27.11) together with his family in management; 1:43, Aries Sales and Bekimon. He's been very busy lately composing his own songs. I can’t wait for his comeback because I’m pretty sure you’ll love him more with his new looks, and new songs. Watch out for his song “Di Mo Ba Alam” it’s gonna be a big hit! Sentimental Prince goes Pop this time!

During the first part of the mall show, Bekimon and Sir Chris Cahilig brighten up the event with a game! hehehe Winners received a special gift certificate from Mendez Medical Group. Then Aries Sales performed 3 songs. I really love his song “Miss Masungit”. (I’m also looking forward on the Music Video release of that song.. I'm sure it's gonna be super cool!).  Then, 1:43 came up on the stage and captured a lot of hearts of young girls there as they performed “PiNK (Pag Ibig na Kaya)” with Myrus and all the girls went wild screaming and cheering the names of their favorite member.. Then they had a mini game where in winner or not will win a kiss from the boys <3

                Anyway, I was looking forward yesterday that he’ll be singing “Di Mo Ba Alam” but he didn’t. Instead, he surprised all of us with his collaboration with Aries Sales. They sang “Billionaire” of Bruno Mars and of course with a mix of Salbakutah. ahahaha. I find it unique and entertaining. Aries Sales, so cute playing with his brand new ‘ukulele’.

                I’ve known Myrus for quite awhile now. He’s very different when he’s not singing. He’s very bubbly, funny and you wouldn’t get bored when you’re with him.. You’ll just laugh and laugh with his jokes and stories! But when he’s on stage, gahh I’m telling you, he’s so different! He seems to me a different person when performing. He’s very serious and professional.
